Request access or deletion

Contact tideboundfleet@hotmail.com to ask about, access, or request deletion of information associated with Tidebound Fleet. Parents or guardians may contact us on a child’s behalf.

  1. Tell us that your request concerns Tidebound Fleet, and which information you want us to address.
  2. If your game version displays a player or support ID, you may include it. If no ID is available, contact us anyway; we will explain how we can identify relevant records.
  3. For a purchase-related request, provide only the necessary transaction reference if requested. Do not send payment passwords, full card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
Compose deletion request

This opens your mail app. You review and send the message yourself. It does not automatically delete data.

What deletion covers

Requests may concern identifiable analytics, support correspondence or other records we control. We may need proportionate verification. Records retained for applicable legal obligations are handled separately, and we will explain relevant limitations.

Clearing the game’s local storage or uninstalling does not automatically delete server records. Conversely, a server request does not erase local files from your phone, delete your Google account, or automatically refund purchases.

We normally respond within one month of receiving a request, or sooner where required by law. If a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within the original deadline. Backups under our control expire through rotation within 30 days after deletion, except necessary records legally required to remain.

申请访问或删除数据

请发送邮件至 tideboundfleet@hotmail.com，说明请求针对「潮汐舰队」以及希望查询或删除的数据。监护人可以代未成年人提出请求。

  1. 如果你的游戏版本显示玩家ID或支持编号，可以提供；没有编号也可以先联系，我们会说明如何定位有关记录。
  2. 涉及购买时，仅在必要时提供交易参考。不要发送支付密码、完整银行卡号或不必要的身份证明。
  3. 我们会按需要核实请求，说明可处理范围及依法需要保留的例外。
撰写数据删除申请

按钮只打开邮件编辑器，由你检查后发送；不会自动删除数据。

清除本地数据或卸载游戏，不会自动删除服务器记录。服务端删除也不等于清除手机存档、注销Google账号或申请退款。

我们通常在收到请求后一个月内回复；法律要求更短期限时以较短期限为准。依法确需延长时，会在原期限内说明。由我们控制的备份在相关数据删除后最多30天随轮换清除，依法必须保留的必要记录除外。
